Ross Teggatz – President and Principle Founder

Ross is Triune Systems’ President and Principle Founder. Prior to founding the company, Ross worked in a variety of senior technical and management roles at Texas Instruments (TI) and brings more than 25 years of experience in mixed-signal design and power management to the company. Over his tenure at TI, Ross successfully started several product lines and led commercialization efforts that generated over $1 billion of sales over their product lifetimes. Ross has an MSEE degree from Southern Methodist University and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and holds over 40 patents with many more pending in the areas of semiconductor process, devices, circuits, and systems.

Wayne Chen – VP Technology and Operations

Wayne brings 24 years of experience in analog, mixed-signal and power circuit design and 14 years of management expertise to the company. Prior to joining Triune Systems, he led and directed a 90-person design organization for Texas Instruments’ Custom Mixed Signal department and held the technical executive position of TI Fellow. Wayne’s responsibilities included ASIC business development, as well as execution of custom ASIC solutions and creating a highly successful and profitable product line of audio amplifier devices. Wayne has an MSEE degree from MIT, an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and holds over 21 patents.
